I. Introduction:

ZX450B Automatic Carton Filling Sealing Line is one secondary packaging line we developed according to market requirement. This intelligent carton filling line is widely used in food, agriculture, chemical industry, etc. It is used for filling plastic bags in carton in a certain order automatically.

II.Working Progress:

Primary Packing machine→ bulk material packed in plastic bag→ horizontal conveyor→ climbing conveyor→ high speed conveyor→ bag counting machine and filling→ carton opening→ bag filling in cartons→ carton sealing→ taking out ( full line is automatic)

III.The complete line includes： 

1)Primary VFS weighing packaging machine, used for weighing filling sealing bulk materials in plastic bag;

➢The primary VFS weighing packaging machine unit includes weighing machine, platform, vertical packing machine, feeding elevator, take-off conveyor, etc. Can automatically realize functions of automatic feeding, weighing, filling, bag-making, sealing, date-printing,counting,etc.

➢Machine parts contact with material are made by S.S304,other parts are made by carton steel with paint.

➢This machine adopts Siemens PLC and colorful touch Screen，Panasonic servo motor for controlling film-pulling, Airtac cylinder for control horizontal sealing device, Japanese Photo Sensor, SMC Air valve, etc.

➢Equipped with ribbon printer for print numbers and letters.

Several sets of belt conveyors for conveying plastic bags to cartoning system;

➢This conveying system includes the horizontal belt conveyor, buffer conveyor, launch conveyor,etc. The complete system is used for converge the plastic bags from the primary packing machines together and then convey to carton filling system in a sequence. Made by food grade plastic belt and s.s304

2)Automatic cartoning system

➢ The automatic cartoning system consist of automatic carton filling machine, empty carton opening machine, carton sealing machine, roller conveyors for conveying the cartons ,can automatic realize functions of carton opening, bag filling, carton sealing, carton vibrating, carton taking-off, etc.

➢The system driving adopted SEW servo motor , AIRTAC and FESTO Air driving system, SIEMENS PLC & touch screen for machine control, the electrical can be total distributed controlled.
