I.Introduction:

This unit is consist of one set bucket elevator for material feeding, one set 20 heads combined weighing machine and one set duplex type VFS5000D vertical packing machines ,two sets platform and two sets take-off belt conveyors. This packing unit increase packing speed and effcient. Widely used in food, agriculture,chemical industrial file.

II. Working progress

Bucket elevator feeding the material to 20 head combined weighing machine through the fork mechanism at same time——20 head combined weighing machine automatic weighing and filling at target weight——VFS5000D duplex type packing machine realize functions of bag-making ,filling ,sealing, date printing, cutting ,etc at same time——finished bags will be conveyed out by belt conveyor at same time.

III. Machines Features:

1.   Duplex VFS5000D auto packaging machine one set.

This machine equips with bag-making,cutting,code printing,etc.to make Pillow/Gusset bag .OMROM PLC, TAIWAN Touch Screen，PANASONIC servo motor, Japanese Photo Sensor, SMC pneumatic,etc. Stainless Steel for body.

2. 20 head combined weighing machine

Application: 3 working modes

a) Mode 0: Integrate with twin VFFS machine: refers to individual A, B weigher running with separate VFFS machines, the output of A, B request dump signal and discharged signal was control separately.

b) Mode 1: Integrate with a high speed VFFS machine: A, B weigher integrate with a high speed VFFS machine, A signal control A & B weigher working alternately, ready weigher will dump first and then the other go head continuously. B signal is not working. Max speed: 130bpm

c) Mode 2: mixture weighing. Weighing 2 different products separately and drop to a VFFS machine for mixture. A signal control request and dump signal, B signal is not working.
